Adam Hamilton’s newest book will be the basis of a new study to be held on Tuesday mornings at 10am, beginning on Tuesday, May 6th. The study will be held at Trinity for six weeks.

The six sessions will be:

1. Making Sense of the Old Testament
2. Making Sense of the New Testament
3. Questions about the nature of Scripture
4. The Bible and Science
5. Violence, Suffering, and other Troubling issues
6. Wrestling with the Issues of Sexuality and Relationships

The cost of the study book is $15, and can be ordered through Cokesbury, or through the church office.

Adam Hamilton is pastor of the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas. It is presently the largest United Methodist Church in the US. We were able to enjoy his presentation at Ginghamsburg UMC in early April. This course will cover many of the basics of the Bible. I hope that you will be able to attend.
